Dynasty warriors 7 uses a simplified version of the sixth title's skill tree system. to unlock a skill, players must spend a certain amount of skill points earned in battles. skill points are shared between characters in story mode while conquest mode keeps the amount separate for each one.. To get the skill "smithing" on dynasty warriors 7, you need to get enough skill points (by defeating enemy officers) to unlock the ability on skills under the pause menu. "smithing" is only available to the following characters: zhuge liang, yue ying, lu meng and i think zhuge dan..
